Workout Wednesday: Double Trouble Circuit

This is part of a workout I actually created for my group fitness classes I teach twice a week. I like to do circuits that start off with Strength training moves, followed by cardio, and then add abs at the end. It mixes things up and makes the circuits go quickly.

This is an all-over full body workout! I definitely felt it the next day after doing this one! Especially in my core. If you try it, let me know! Enjoy
