I’ve been LOVING teaching my fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is almost exactly like the class I teach, but in shorter intervals. This particular circuit works the arms with strength moves, and the legs with strength/cardio moves. It is definitely a super sweaty one. Love it!

Each time through the circuit should take about 6 minutes. You can choose how many times you want to repeat the circuit based on how long you want to workout. You have probably seen most of these exercises before, but if not, look them up on YouTube OR ask me below in the comments.

Have a great day!

Fun, Fit, Friday!

Try out this little workout for a great addition to your weekly workouts. You can use dumbbells or even resistance bands to be able to complete these exercises.

10912598_10152638558488785_954023868_nI love coming up with fun new workouts to try. This is a different one them I’ve ever made up. It combines strength moves followed by cardio moves to kick it up a notch.  This is a great, quick workout to work into your day.

To complete do each circuit once through then start back over from the top! I plan on doing this as a workout tonight- I hope it is a killer 😉 If you try it- let me know! Happy Wednesday! :-)

Today I’d like to share with you a little workout I made to help my 10 day Fitness & Meal Challenge group. This group was a ton of fun to lead and I loved giving them different workouts to do. This is a particular workout they did in the beginning and then again at the end to see if they could improve their time!

You should be able to complete this for 2 sets, with the Jumping Jacks & Butt kicks in between to give you the cardio aspect of the workout. This isn’t a long workout by any means so it’s just a nice workout when you are pressed for time, or just need a quick strength circuit after cardio.

I hope you enjoy it- if you try it let me know!

Also, 5 more days to sign up for my boot camp that begins on March 2nd!

Have a great Friday, and a wonderful weekend! :-)

Workout Wednesday

It’s Wild Workout Wednesday! I’m linking up with these great ladies to bring you another workout this week.

Do you ever feel like just a quick circuit workout? Honestly- most days this is how I’m feeling at the gym. I love quick effective circuits. My husband and I usually plan one for ourselves to do at the gym and we have been finding them quite effective lately, i.e., we are super sore!

Here is one we rotate in to our weekly workouts. We used kettle bells for the strength moves, but they could easily be done with dumbbells, or no weights at all!

I really like to alternate strength & cardio moves to allow my heart rate to come down, only to spike it up again. These always leave me sweaty like I ran 5 miles, so I’d say they’re effective! :)

If you do it, let me know! Happy Wednesday!
