Today I made a Core Challenge workout to work on the ever important core strength we all need! Our core is involved in all the exercise we do and it’s important to work it out and keep it strong. If you have a change to try this, let me know how it is! I’m planning on doing it later!

This week I made a kettle bell circuit. I use kettle bells pretty regularly during my workouts. I love the versatility of this equipment.

I’ve been LOVING teaching my fitness classes on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is almost exactly like the class I teach, but in shorter intervals. This particular circuit works the arms with strength moves, and the legs with strength/cardio moves. It is definitely a super sweaty one. Love it!

Each time through the circuit should take about 6 minutes. You can choose how many times you want to repeat the circuit based on how long you want to workout. You have probably seen most of these exercises before, but if not, look them up on YouTube OR ask me below in the comments.
